We do not store any card details nor do we share any information with 3rd Parties 

To secure you Party Booking/Hire we require a Non-refundable  Booking fee to secure your date, preparation and purchases for these bespoke packages happens many months before as we plan your special day.

This amount is advised at time of consultation.

Booking is confirmed once advised deposit is received.

(usually 25% 

50% applies if service date within 6 weeks.

100 % full payment on bookings within 14 days 

We ask balance is paid 7 days before supply of services.

Note

We will always work with you in the event of unforeseen circumstances on your behalf we will always offer free rescheduling subject to availability.

where this is not possible we will issue a 12 month credit note to the value of monies paid.
